The Process

Job description

We start the process by analyzing and making sure that the role description will add value in your commercial team. Where is the weak spot in the organization and where will you benefit the most by adding or making changes in your organization. Together we will ensure that the profile description, title and package are suited to be able to attract the best candidates.


We start the search in our extensive network of commercial profiles both via own network and LinkedIn search. Complementpeople carry out first round interviews to ensure the right level of competence and personality, so you are only presented with high quality profiles. You will hereafter receive the number of candidates required to be able to pick the best suited person for the job.


Throughout the process we actively communicate with you about status and when you can expect to start interviewing potential candidates, keeping in mind your deadlines and required qualifications. We will handle NDA requests and keep confidentiality on both sides when needed.

We present you with minimum three candidates and organize the interviews according to your needs. We offer office locations, if the interviews need to be held in privacy and outside you office premises. We can participate in the interviewing process and assist in working out cases for the candidates to present if required to select the best candidate.


Six months following the hiring process we evaluate twice with both you and the candidate to make sure that expectations are met from both sides.
